Premium Protection Certificate Installation

YouTube History Tracking (YTH) is an exciting new feature of Gryphon Premium Protection. YTH allows you to view history of all the video titles searched and viewed by a user on their smart devices.

You need to install a digital certificate on the device you wish to manage to activate this feature. The digital certificates are free software and can be securely downloaded below.

Select device type to access the digital certificate download link for that device. Then follow the installation instructions to activate YTH.

1. Download Certificate from gryphoncare.com captive page

2. Find Keychain Access app on your Mac

3. Select either the System keychain

4. Drag and Drop the certificate file onto the Keychain Access app

5. Double click on the gryphonconnect.com certificate

6. Check for "Trust" option under "When using this certificate" change it to "Always Trust"

7. When prompted enter the system password to update the trust settings.

8. gryphonconnect.com certificate should show the show the green tick

1. Download Certificate from gryphoncare.com captive page

2. Search manage computer certificate

3. In "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" window, Click on "action" > Click on "All task" > Click on import

4. Certificate import wizard > next > browse > select downloaded certificate

5. Click on place certificates in the following store > certificate store(Trusted Root certification Authority) > next > finish.

2. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management

3. Select the downloaded profile "gryphonconnect.com" > Select "install"

4. Install by providing the password

5. Click on the Install button twice

6. Profile is installed > select Done

7. Go to Settings > About > Certificate Trust Setting

8. In Certificate Trust Setting user will find "Enable full trust for root certificates"

9. Enable gryphonconnect.com by turning ON the toggle button. It will give a warning.

10. Select continue

1. Open the browser & go to preferences in browser settings

2. Open Privacy & Security tab and select View Certificates

3. Under Authorities tab, import the downloaded GryphonRootCA.pem file

4. Import by selecting 'Trust this CA to identify websites'

5. Finish the Import by selecting 'Trust this CA to identify websites'

1. Open the browser & go to browser settings

2. Under security & privacy section, select security, then select Manage certificates

3. Choose Authorities and import the downloaded GryphonRootCA.pem file

4. Import by selecting 'Trust this certificate for identifying website'

5. Import by selecting 'Trust this certificate for identifying email users'

6. Finish the import by selecting 'Trust this certificate for identifying software makers'

1. Download Certificate from gryphoncare.com captive page

2. Open Terminal & apply following commands sequentially

3. sudo apt-get install -y ca-certificates

4. mv ~/Downloads/GryphonRootCA.pem ~/Downloads/GryphonRootCA.crt

5. sudo cp ~/Downloads/GryphonRootCACert.crt /usr/local/share/ca-certificates

6. sudo update-ca-certificates
