And if we can’t, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 90 days of purchase which our support team will also assist you with.

There is also a 12 month manufacturer’s hardware warranty from the date of purchase.    If the hardware breaks from normal use or if there an electrical surge that damages the device, we will be happy to replace it for free.

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Standard ground shipping and handling is free.

Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes UPS Shipping label on them. There will be a copy of the receipt inside the package with your order. If customers are buying items as gifts, they can request that the receipt not be included in the package.

Any and all packages that are shipped Standard UPS Ground are typically left at the door, porch, or gate at the UPS driver’s discretion. does not have any control in the discretion of the UPS driver. Orders placed with a rush status of 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight delivery, require a customer signature in order to be received.
